66-Heal is a Transformational Wellness Challenge

If you follow this program for 66 days, you will develop mental and emotional habits that will serve as the foundation for transforming your life, from the inside out.

There’s nothing worse than feeling anxious, unmotivated, irritable, having low energy, sleep problems, and being stressed out.
Feeling stuck, like you're faking your way through life.
Everyday you get up, get dressed, go to work, have the same uninspiring conversations with the same people, then go home and numb out on things like Netflix, wine, online shopping, porn, internet games, social media, food, or whatever else. 
Day after day, you struggle mentally and emotionally. You get caught up in unhealthy coping strategies and even though you know better, you don’t do better.

You’re not taking good care of yourself

You don’t have the energy, motivation, or mindset to turn things around.
You get more and more depleted and start thinking that there really is no way out of this rut.
You may even be out in the world trying to help others, trying to save them, when you can’t even save yourself. 

I get it! I know what it’s like…

I’d been working as a therapist for seven years when my high stress level led to burnout over fifteen years ago. Yet, every day right up until I hit my breaking point, I was working with clients, teaching them about self-care and guiding them on their healing journey. 
But I was in no shape for that. I wasn't taking care of myself. I wasn't following my own advice. Not walking my talk so to speak.
Even though from outside appearances, I looked like I had my S$%t together, I was exhausted… I felt anxious, depressed, lost, empty, and purposeless. I was impatient with my family, drinking wine almost every night, and questioning who I was and what I was doing on this Earth.
I knew I wasn’t the only one going through this because I could see the people around me were struggling too. Not just my clients. I’m talking about my friends, family, and the people I worked with. Like me, many of them were helping professionals with all of the markers of a successful life. Yet we were all rushing around, stressed out, striving, and caught up in the same destructive cycles of negativity. We attributed our high stress levels to the boss, spouse, kids, finances, and whatever. It took a long time for me to realize that these things were not the real problem.

The real problem was my subconscious mind!

When I realized that 99% of my problems were being created by my subconscious mind, it was a MAJOR a-ha moment. It turned out to be a huge turning point in my life because it was then that I understood there was no way my life was ever going to be different unless I changed... DEEP down.
Today, I’m living a life of freedom, but it certainly hasn’t always been that way. I won't get into great detail about my story, but I will say that early life trauma, as well as ongoing high stress levels led me to such a bad mental and emotional space that I ended up burning out. But that burnout turned out to be the one of the best things that ever happened to me because it led me onto an intensive healing journey. I knew I needed to do my inner healing work for my own sake, and that I had to do it before I could truly be of service to others. So I went on a mission and spent nearly an entire decade healing myself and my life.

My healing journey started in 2004.

When I finally got to my lowest point, I was ready to do whatever it took to clear out the mental and emotional baggage that was holding me back and weighing me down. I was hungry for change. So, I read all the self-help books I could get my hands on, took courses, went to conferences and energy centres, traveled deep into the Peruvian jungle, did counselling, hypnosis and more drastic things like past life regression and ayahuasca. I walked the Camino trail, climbed mountains, hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon… All of this to find peace and happiness within myself.
The good news is that I found it!
More good news is that you don’t have to spend tons of time and money trying to figure it all out on your own. You don't have to go to the ends of the earth because I am going to tell you the key things I learned about how I got my mind working for me and settled my nervous system so I could experience peace, freedom, and happiness from within.

I’ve done some hard things in life and I know what it takes… 

  • It takes a solid decision.
  • It takes commitment.
  • It takes discipline.
  • It takes follow-through.
  • It takes not quitting when you hit the tough spots.
  • It takes digging deep. And then deeper.
  • It takes getting out of your comfort zone.
If you choose to commit to this program and do it without compromise, you will see a whole new dimension of yourself and of life that you didn’t know existed. 

What exactly is 66-Heal? 

66 Heal is a 66-day program that will get you spinning outside of your habitual ways of thinking and feeling.  program will fundamentally shift your mental and emotional patterns through consistent action over a period of 66 days. Why 66? Because 66 is the average number of days it takes to create a new habit. 
This program if done consistently for the entire 66 days will help you break free from the prison of your own mind by teaching you the skills to:
  • Quiet your mind
  • Create and sustain elevated emotions (joy, gratitude, peace, happiness)
  • Develop patience and presence
  • Heighten self-awareness
  • Increase self-compassion
  • Boost energy, vitality, and radiance
  • Enrich relationships
YOU are responsible for the direction of your life… and if you follow this program to the VERY best of your ability, YOU will experience an inner transformation that will serve as the foundation for your own mental and emotional wellness and inner freedom. 

What would it be worth to you…

If you could clear out the mental and emotional baggage that’s been weighing you down, what would that be worth to you? What would it be worth in dollars if you could reprogram your mind and eliminate the self-destructive thoughts that you keep spinning around in?
People waste tons of time and money trying to figure out how to be less stressed and have more freedom. Unfortunately they haven't yet realized that freedom comes from within. And once you train your mind to stop messing with you, and reprogram your emotional state, your nervous system shifts from a state of stress and survival to one of repair and restoration. 

If you're ready to get started, here are the daily tasks:


Daily Tasks



1. Wake up 30-minutes earlier: Do NOT check texts, social media, email, etc. Start your day with this 30-minute wellness routine:
  • Deep Breathing – (ie: Wim Hof): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tybOi4hjZFQ (10 minutes)
  • Listen to or watch an inspirational speaker (ie: Tony Robbins - 15 minutes) 
  • Play your favourite inspirational/motivational song and set 3 goals for the day, then mentally rehearse yourself going through your day, achieving your goals in a total state of wellness… see it, feel it, experience it 
2. Read pages of a self-development book (non-fiction) - 15 minutes
4. Contribute: Complete at least one act of kindness - For example: give an honest compliment, a small gift, hold a door open, smile at someone, give your undivided presence/attention
5. Wear an elastic band on your wrist: Any time you notice a negative or otherwise debilitating thought, snap the elastic band and ask yourself:
  • Is this thought serving me well? Does it align with my healing and wellness goals?
  • What if I didn’t believe this thought?
  • Would I say this to my best friend?
6. Meditate (ie: Deepak Chopra -10-15 minutes)
7. Before bed, write about the things that went well throughout the day... and ONLY the things that went well.


Before starting this challenge:
1. Find a song that inspires, energizes, and motivates you - a song that can instantly shift your mood and uplift you.
2. Make a solid decision, commit to it, write it down on paper and tell your friends and family about it.
3. Find an accountability partner, preferably someone who wants to take the challenge with you and definitely someone you fully trust. It can be a friend, family member, a colleague, or partner... anyone you know will support you and help hold you accountable to completing the challenge. 


Making Excuses

Unfortunately, many will come up with excuses on why they can't take charge of their mind and their emotions... why they can't do the work they need to do. Instead of taking this opportunity to create a solid mental and emotional foundation for their lives, they'll remain stuck in the sea of stress and fear. Too afraid to take a leap into the unknown. Instead, they'll make excuses even though they know that in two years, five years, or ten years from now they’ll be in the exact same stressful and unfulfilling spot they’re in now.
BUT, if you're READY for change... if YOU are feeling the call to create something new and meaningful in your life, then make the decision to take the next 66 days to transform your life!

You deserve to feel good, look good, and reap real benefits that go far beyond the temporary fixes and band-aid solutions you’ve been using to get through life.
I know what it’s like to have low confidence, low energy, low mood, and to be living in a constant state of stress and survival. To have no energy and no time to myself, wishing that things were different and hoping for a miracle. But, nothing is ever going to change unless YOU take action right now. 
This program is going to help you tap into a whole new world of experiences and people are going to want to know what you’re doing.
You will want to make changes to the program, skip parts of it, and adjust it to suit your needs…  Don’t!!! Do your very best to follow the program without compromise. This part will only make sense once you complete the program in its entirety. So don't skip any of the exercises or tasks. Don't take days off or let your old habits get it the way. Just do it as it's laid out because here's the thing...  if you knew how to heal yourself and how to live at the top of your game, you’d be there by now. But, you’re not. That’s why you’re here. So, make the decision, get committed, do the work, and be patient with yourself and with the process. 
At first, it might seem like nothing is happening, but this program will develop and strengthen the skills you need to recondition your mind and your emotions.

There are breathing exercises and movements that can cause dizziness, nausea, and other physical symptoms. The exercises are designed to release repressed memories and difficult emotions. Do not start 66-Heal if your health care provider(s) advises against it.
